Blåveispike

-5 7 -7 -8 -8 -8 -7 7 -7 -7

Jeg går og rusler på Ringerike,

8 -8 -7 7 7 7 -6* 7 -7

de stille stier jeg gjerne går.

8 -8 -7 7 7 7 -6* -6 6 7

Da kommer mot meg en liten pike,

7 -6* 6 -5 -5 -5 6 -6* 7

Bluesette (in C)

This is my first tab and I hope you’ll enjoy it, like you can see I’ve devided
bluesette in 3 parts, the first part is the general known, the second is a part
that is general accepted as part of bluesette and the third I made by listening
very carefully to the original bluesette (with a bit of own inspiration), it is a
song made to improvise, so go ahead!

Blues scale practice piece

I was shown this by a experienced player as a good exercise to practice if wanting to play Blues riffs. It covers the blues scale and mixes it up by moving from single notes to some cords. The point of the exercise is to hit the bent notes and not be lazy or too fast so that the bent notes are skipped or not bent correctly. While making sure that the accuracy remains, speed it up to a challenging speed.

It was first played to me at a blistering speed and it sounded great and after much practising I’m not even close but I keep trying.

I hope that someone gets some benefit from it.
